A message from Jamie (the class teacher from our penpals at Woodlawn School in North Carolina, USA)
Hi Robyn and Room 8,
Thank you for the pen pal letters! My students loved reading their
letters and seeing the pictures of their friends in New Zealand! They
also loved the stickers.
Tomorrow we have our annual Heritage Festival. I set up a NZ
booth, so I will make sure to send a picture of it so the kids can see!
We are going to try our best to write you back. We are in the final
stretch of the school year, when things get super busy! But I think we
can do it.
Hope all is well!

Well happy April Fool’s Day.
What
is April Fool’s Day…..
April Fool’s Day is fun and games but not after
lunch because the person you did it to will pay you back.
Here’s some things you could do:
make a chip trick, a pinch and a punch for the
first of the month and no return.
So there’s some things you could do.
Happy
