I was proud of all Room 8 children today - those who came to 'Kids in Town' and those who stayed behind.
It was an awesome performance!
I'm sorry I didn't get photos of everyone but I know Shevaun took some videos so hopefully they will soon be on the school facebook page.

It was great to see so many families at our school wide Learning Celebration on Friday.
We were so busy I didn't take any photos!

It was also Kiana's last day as she is moving with her family to Nelson. Good luck at your new school, Kiana. We will miss you.

We had a great day yesterday as we had a visit from the firefighters from the Woolston Station. Dean, Kev, Garth and Ralph came to share the 'Get Firewise ' message with us.

As part of their Riverways home learning Grace and Ava from Room 16 came to show us how to make ... slime! Thanks girls - it was fun ....and slimy.
