Thank you to everyone for sending along some food to help make our shared lunch for Artemis special.
We set the tables up like a banquet and had a blue and white tablecloth for the colours of the Greek flag.
We said a karakia and began the feast. Everyone used their best manners and it was a lovely occasion.
Sally and Shevaun even popped in to say 'Hi'.
We finished off the festivities with photos and Lincoln presented Artemis with a New Zealand book about friends. Lincoln spoke very well on our behalf.
Artemis is going to keep in touch by email, and she says she will look at our blog!

Artemis and Ashveer started school together in Room 3 in 2015.

Artemis's Mum took some photos - 6 children were gone by this time - 2 on holiday and 4 sick!
