As part of our science topic we made Fizzy Sherbert. (We know it is a treat.)
It was easy to make.

Here's the recipe
Mix all of the ingredients in a
bowl and taste!
2 tablespoons citric acid
1 tablespoon baking soda
8 tablespoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons Raro crystals

This made enough for our whole class!

It was sweet and sour!
